How your project moves forward
We review approved design information, model scope, target devices and the intended buyer journey. Visual production, interactions, data updates and acceptance criteria are defined in the proposal. VR, AR and streaming depend on the selected package and device validation.
Our brands and the meaning behind their names
MTWIN combines MPANDO and TWIN. M represents MPANDO; twin describes the digital counterpart. MTWIN creates professional digital twins of real-world places and planned developments, connecting space, architecture and project information in an interactive experience. The required fidelity, dimensional accuracy and updating scope are defined in each project's acceptance criteria.
Specialist expertise, connected across borders
MTWIN is an MPANDO GLOBAL Inc. solution for presenting property projects to local and international audiences. We plan the experience around your approved project, buyer journey, presentation languages and delivery devices. Model production, sales information, updates and support have named responsibilities and a clearly agreed scope.

Practical answers before you decide
What is an MTWIN digital twin?
MTWIN creates an interactive representation of a property project so users can explore buildings, spaces, plans and units. The M represents MPANDO; twin describes the connection between the real or planned project and its digital counterpart. Source data, accuracy and update responsibilities are defined for each commission.
Do I need a digital twin, a virtual tour or still images?
Start with the decision the viewer must make. Still images communicate selected views; a tour helps explore viewpoints; an interactive twin can connect spaces, building context and unit selection. MTWIN scopes the appropriate experience around the sales or presentation task. The required accuracy and interaction level are agreed before production.
Which source files are needed?
Share the latest approved CAD/BIM files or drawings, plans, elevations, material references, landscape information and unit schedule. Explain what already exists and what must be modelled. Missing information is recorded as an assumption for approval rather than silently treated as final design.
Can prices and unit availability appear in the experience?
Yes, where a data connection is included. Define the source, field mapping, responsible owner, update frequency and permissions. A presentation built from a supplied spreadsheet is not automatically a continuously synchronised inventory service.
Where can clients use the presentation?
Sales-suite screens, suitable computers and selected web delivery options are scoped around the audience and hardware. Unreal Engine 5 production, streaming, VR and AR options require the appropriate package and device checks. The proposal states the tested target devices and delivery method.
What affects the quotation and revision plan?
Project size, unit types, model condition, visual detail, interactions, languages, integrations and delivery platforms all affect the work. Agree the approved design version, review milestones, number and treatment of revisions, and the process for later changes.
What is handed over and supported?
The agreed package identifies the usable application or delivery format, supported devices, content version, data connection responsibilities and acceptance checks. Source files, hosting, ongoing updates and support arrangements are specified explicitly. Warranty assistance uses the same project reference and info@mpandoglobal.com contact.
How long does the warranty last?
The duration depends on the product, installation or service. Ask for the applicable written terms with your proposal; the covered scope, start date, conditions and claim route should be clear before you order. A single duration is not applied to every product or project.
Can an unbuilt project be presented without misleading buyers?
An unbuilt project can be modelled from approved design information. Confirm the design version, surroundings, materials and units to be shown, and identify illustrative furniture or landscaping. Distinguish planned features from delivered conditions. The project team approves the representation and any explanatory notes before it is used with buyers.
How do unit prices and availability stay consistent with the sales team?
Nominate the authoritative data source and the person allowed to change each field. Agree the connection method, update schedule, unavailable-data behaviour and test cases. The presentation must distinguish informational availability from an authorised reservation or sale. A spreadsheet-based update and a live integration require different scopes.
What happens when the design changes or the project is handed over?
Use a dated revision list identifying changed plans, materials and units. Agree which updates are included and which require a revised quotation. At handover, document supported devices, hosting, access, update responsibilities and licences. Editable source files or perpetual hosting are included only when stated in the agreed deliverables.
Is a digital twin the same as a BIM model or a live building monitoring system?
No. A BIM model structures design and construction information; an interactive MTWIN experience helps people explore and understand a property project. A live operational twin additionally needs suitable data sources, connections and update responsibilities. Sensor feeds, facilities management and as-built verification are included only where they are explicitly part of the agreed project.
What equipment and connection does an MTWIN presentation need?
The requirements depend on the selected desktop, web or streaming delivery. Test the intended laptop, tablet or sales-gallery screen, network conditions and concurrent sessions before acceptance. Agree resolution, navigation, loading behaviour and hosting. A browser link does not automatically mean every device supports the same visual quality or offline operation.
Can international sales partners present the same project consistently?
Yes. Plan the presentation languages, approved terminology, unit identifiers and shared project information before production. Decide who maintains price and availability data and what each partner may see. Currency presentation, updates and lead handoff are defined in the project scope; a translated interface alone does not establish a verified live sales connection.
Warranty and aftercare
We stand behind every product we supply and every service we deliver. All supplied products and services are backed by warranty commitments for the agreed scope. Coverage, duration, conditions and the remedy process vary by product and work and are set out in the quotation, contract or applicable warranty document.
Product coverage, installation workmanship and digital-service commitments are described separately where appropriate. Software and digital-twin work is assessed against the agreed functions, deliverables and acceptance criteria. An ongoing support plan, availability commitment or later content change is specified separately. Applicable statutory rights are not reduced.
