What MTWIN produces
From your approved project data, MTWIN produces a continuous, real-time 3D environment rather than a set of images. The buyer moves freely through it: around the building, into the lobby, up to a specific floor, and out onto a specific balcony.
Because the environment is computed in real time, lighting responds to the time of day rather than being baked into a fixed image. That answers questions about daylight and aspect directly, which is one of the most common sources of buyer hesitation.
- Exterior and massing in site context, with surrounding buildings and landscape
- Shared amenities: lobby, gym, pool, landscaped areas, parking approach
- Representative interiors per unit type, with switchable finish packages
- Floor-by-floor navigation and per-unit outlook from the actual window position
- Unit selection surface showing type, area, aspect, price and availability
Delivery formats
The same project twin can be delivered in more than one format, and most deployments use at least two. The choice is a trade-off between visual quality and reach.
- Desktop application — highest visual quality, for a sales-office workstation or a large screen
- Laptop build — for representatives presenting off-site or at a client meeting
- MTWIN Web — browser-delivered, no installation, optimised for reach and overseas buyers
- Cloud streaming — the scene runs on a server and streams as video, keeping quality independent of the viewer's hardware
How it binds to live data
A twin that shows a sold unit as available loses credibility quickly. MTWIN avoids that by reading inventory state from MPANDO Sales OS rather than from a static file.
When a unit is placed on option, reserved or sold, its state changes in the selection surface. Price changes propagate the same way, so the representative never quotes from a stale list.
Deployed without Sales OS, MTWIN still works — inventory is then loaded from a supplied file and updated on a release cycle rather than live.
What MTWIN is not
MTWIN is a presentation and sales environment, not an engineering tool. It is not a BIM authoring platform, it does not perform structural or energy analysis, and it is not a substitute for coordination models.
It also does not maintain itself. Material changes, new phases and revised plans are applied through controlled releases, and someone on the project side needs to own that cycle.
